Thank you for supporting our small business!
We are a small, independently operated company with a single employee handling order processing, packing, and shipping. Because of this, orders are not shipped every day, and we do not process or ship orders on weekends or recognized holidays.
Processing Time
All orders require processing time before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, inventory, weather conditions, and other business demands.
While we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee same-day or next-day shipment.
As a small business with one employee, we ask customers to allow adequate processing time before shipment. Selecting expedited shipping speeds up transit time with the carrier but does not bypass our order processing queue.
Understanding Shipping Speeds
Please note that shipping speeds refer to the time a package spends in transit after it has been shipped, not the time between placing your order and receiving it.
For example:

If you select 2-Day Shipping, your package is expected to arrive approximately two business days after it is shipped.

2-Day Shipping does not mean your order will arrive two days after you place it.

Processing time must be added to the carrier's transit time when estimating delivery dates.
Weekends and Holidays
Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Carrier Delays
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Order Tracking
When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.
